Answers to your most asked questions
How Does it All Work?
It's quite simple. You take out a yearly membership like joining a gym, and you then have access to our luxury Sports Cruisers. You don't acquire shares in our cruisers and your not tied into a long term contract. The amount you pay in membership will determine how many boating days you have access. Memberships can be paid monthly by Visa, MasterCard or Direct Debit.
What Training is Provided?
We will only allow our timeshare members to use our vessels on the following conditions:
-
We are presented with a valid current boat license
-
Our time share members have a hands on course on how to use our vessels. Skills covered include parking skills, emergency radio work skills, navigation GPS skills. Ropes skills. Refuel the boat skills. Members must pass the test before taking a vessel out by themselves.
- Timeshare Members must also do a night training course.
Our instructors have Coxswain certificates and have many years of boating experience.
Do you provide safety gear?
We provide Personal Floatation Devices (PFD's) for adults and children at all times. We also provide ship to shore radio's, flares and Satellite location devices. All vessels have GPS which shows the boat's position and the water depth.
We provide training on how to use all the safety gear in case of an emergency.
What Other Expenses Do I have to Pay for ?
You don't pay for Insurance, Maintenance, Berth Fees, Cleaning, Boat Depreciation or the boat. This is included in your yearly membership. You just pay for the initial training and for the fuel used. We take care of everything else.
