BACKGROUND

The Pleasure Cruising Club is an incorporated association pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 the purposes of which are to:
  • A.1 encourage and foster the recreation of motor yacht cruising and the training of members in sailing skills and knowledge, the operation of motor yachts and in seamanship in accordance with all lawful requirements;
  • A.2 provide through the Association, motor yachts for the use of members engaged in recreational cruising without the need for members to purchase their own motor yachts and with the ability for members to choose a class of membership in the Association which makes available to them the use of motor yachts of the size and capacity and for the duration of use of their selection;
  • A.3 to establish a vibrant community of motor yacht users;
  • A.4 to provide on shore club facilities for the social and recreational use of members; and

A.5 to provide classes in sailing skills and knowledge, seamanship, use and maintenance of motor yachts and maritime law.

B The Club Manager, PCC Boat Management Pty Ltd carries on a business that includes the management of Clubs and Boats.

The Opportunity

  • The investor who owns a boat may place the boat for use by the members. In return the boat owner will receive an agreed rental for the use of the boat . Your vessel must meet our benchmark 's to be considered as a Club boat.
  • Income will be distributed monthly
  • The vessel will be professionally maintained and serviced as per manufactures standards.
  • The Investor can continue to use his vessel under the terms of membership of the Club.
  • The vessel may be sold by the owner as a "going concern" in the future with a good will factor
