Marinas to Stay Overnight

Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron: http://www.bys-aus.com/

Cruiser Friendly, no problem taking the Mustang here. Overnight power, shower facilities. Close to Sorrento and a quick cruise over to Queenscliff. Good security at the marina. Need to be careful getting there from Williamstown. Waters get very shallow near Mud Island, follow the channel markers. Make a booking in advance to be safe.

Patterson Lakes Marina: ttp://www.pattersonlakesmarina.com.au/

Have unleaded fuel, places to eat. Be careful getting in to the river, best to go in at high tide. Gets very shallow.

My favourite location. Lots of eating places to choose from. They have overnight power and great shower facilities. From $35.00 per night. Easy to park the Mustang. Plenty of berths. Leave the boat their while going to the Footy at the Telstra Dome.

Plenty of places to visit, walking distance to the marina
